About Me
Welcome!
I grew up in Needham, Massachusetts, thirty minutes southeast of Boston.
I came to Worcester Polytechnic Institute seeking the opportunity to work with world-class engineers and gain hands-on experience with robotics.
I graduated with a BS in Robotics Engineering in May 2025, and am completing an MS in Robotics Degree in Fall 2025. My focus during my graduate studies has been in motion planning, safety, and guarentees for autonomous systems. I've dug into everything from swarm and multi-agent systems to cutting edge machine learning approaches.
For my graduate capstone, I'll be working in Professor Kevin Leahy's Automata Lab, researching how to apply formal methods (in this case, linear temporal logic) to motion planning in unknown or uncertain environments.
I'm driven to develop engineering solutions that cross disciplines to find solutions to complex problems. I believe that robotics is the field of the future, and I hope to be at the forefront of that field,
designing innovative ways to use robots to help people.
Outside of my academic work, I served as the president (and treasurer) of Rho Beta Epsilon, WPI's Robotics Honor Society, helping support the robotics community at WPI and beyond. I'm continuing this work as the chairman of the Rho Beta Epsilon National Board, from 2025 to 2027, working to expand RBE into a nationally recognized honors society with chapters at universities across the US. I'm also the former president (and VP, and treasurer) of the WPI Esports Club, where I worked to grow collegiate esports and provide opportunities for players and schools to get involved with high-level competition. If I'm not in a robotics lab or at a leadership meeting, I can be found playing ultimate frisbee, cheering on Boston sports, and seeking out the perfect breakfast spot in town.
